We could not find the room and we wandered for a very long time to find it. No one could help us with our luggage or even provide a cart. I have a hard time walking and my son who was with me is a partially disabled Marine veteran with a leg injury. It was late at night, but still the clerk acted as if we were irritants. The biggest issue was the lack of service.
